RFR Q&A #253: Star Wars Water Cooler Talk
/STAR WARS has always been a mainstream, popular franchise, but is it losing it's mojo as a sure fire "water cooler" discussion topic? RFR V.I.P. Dr. Dominique MD returns to the Q&A to discuss the overall lack of FOMO his "Star Wars friends" might be feeling lately, along with a bit of apathy himself. But Dom keeps it real and shares The Wars with his daughter who, in turn, helps keep his fandom in a good place. Dominique taps into his medical background to discuss real world injuries popping up in Star Wars stories like ANDOR, and we wonder about a diminutive alien doctor (?) spotted in the background of the hospital sequence from ANDOR season 2. Dominique also shows off some of the international Star Wars items he's acquired in his travels, along with an item or two that you might not even find at Rancho Obi-Wan. We also chat about our desire to see STAR WARS storytelling move forward in a progressive fashion, as opposed to the current "fill-in-the-blanks" timeline jumping into the past. And why are lightsaber wounds more easier to heal from than ever before?
